...She was absolutely beautiful with Charlee, who loved her. Eli sent me updates, photos and videos regularly and I could just tell Charlee was very happy, which put my mind at rest, and it made such a difference to my holiday enjoyment, the ability to relax knowing my little family member was being well looked after. Charlee was walked every day, often twice a day. I came home to a beautiful, clean, well maintained house and garden. I wish I could've kept Eli all to myself as my go to dog sitter, but alas she is back home in the US, so lucky you guys! For absolute peace of mind, Eli is your best bet ☺❤

...about our dog's temperament, habits, preferred activities, care instructions etc. and taking notes while we spoke. I've never had a walker ask so many detailed questions but it was reassuring because she clearly cares about our dog and takes her job seriously. She does her best to keep our dog engaged (physically or mentally) for the duration of the visit, sends plenty of pictures and videos, and also does extra stuff we didn't ask, like refilling our dog's bowls with fresh water. It's clear that she cares about our dog's well-being and takes pride in her work.
